Over 19 years of experience, MaryAnn
began her career working for Jim Harris full time in 1998. She managed the office and created the closing department. In 1998
she moved to Livonia and managed an office for First American Title. MaryAnn purchased 51% of Crawford
County Title in 1999 as well as opening Roscommon County Title in Higgins
Lake. MaryAnn is a 1986 graduate of Kirtland
Community College, 1988 graduate of Central
Michigan University, and attends
many educational seminars each year in regards to the Title Insurance Industry. MaryAnn is also a Trustee at Kirtland Community College, Chair of the City
of Grayling Parks & Recreation Board, a member of the Michigan Land & Title Association, Roscommon Rotary and the
Grayling Regional Chamber of Commerce. MaryAnn enjoys traveling, photography skiing and kayaking. |

Licensed Title Examiner/Abstractor for
16 years. As many of our staff, Pam has worked in many different areas of the title insurance business. In addition to efficiently
providing our clients with timely commitments, Pam also assists in many of the inner office duties that keep our company running
smoothly. Pam enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and 2 sons. Pam volunteers many hours of her time each year
to the Grayling wrestling program.

Licensed Title
Examiner/Abstractor and a notary. With 91/2 years of experience Tami is
a very big asset to our team. Some of the services she provides are title searches, title examinations, and construction draws
disbursements and completes final policies. Tami also takes care of all of the
accounts receivables for both Roscommon and Grayling offices. Tami enjoys camping, snowmobiling and spending time with her
children.

With over 5 years of experience, Cindy
has found her niche in title searching and abstracting. Along with assisting in the day-to-day activities to keep our Roscommon
office running effectively, Cindy takes orders and searches the histories of real properties in Roscommon
County. Once Cindy searches out the legal description the file is sent
to Grayling where the licensed examiner’s. Cindy also works in the Grayling
office when we are short staffed. In her spare time Cindy enjoys canoeing, 4
wheeling in her jeep, but most of her spare time is shared with her husband and grandchildren.

Has just recently
joined our staff. As a practicing attorney for more than 27
years, Gerard Brabant utilizes his knowledge of local ordinances and state laws to represent each client to the best of his
ability. He continually updates his legal knowledge through the attendance of continuing legal education seminars. Prior to
opening his law practice, Mr. Brabant was a legislative aide in the Michigan State Senate. When Jerry is not working he enjoys
traveling, hunting, fishing, and going to sporting events with his son.

Kim
brings many wonderful attributes to our company. She has 14 years experience in the real estate field with over 7 years experience
with the title insurance industry. As a Transaction Coordinator, Kim assist clients in processing their closings effectively;
provides notary services; assists in clearing title issues, for both Commercial and Residential properties. Kim also uses
her prior experience in banking, marketing and advertising and as a licensed real estate broker to aid our clients with prompt
professional service. Kim also serves our community as a councilperson for the City of Grayling. Kayaking, golfing, walking and gardening are a
few of the things Kim enjoys doing in her spare time.

Is synonymous with customer service.
Prior to her 7 years in the title insurance business, all of her experience involved customer service. As a Transaction Coordinator
for Roscommon County Title, Julie assists clients in the closing of their real estate sales and mortgage refinances. She assists
realtors, bankers, purchasers, sellers and borrowers making sure every part of the closing process is completed efficiently,
ethically and professionally. Julie is Vice President of ABWA in Houghton Lake, member of the Grayling
Moose Lodge and Volunteer for the American Red Cross. She enjoys being outdoors and spending
time with her family and friends.

Is the smiling voice you have heard for
the past 7 years. When she is not assisting clients with questions, she is the keeper of the title plant. Once a week we receive
copies of all of the documents that have been recorded at the register of deeds office. Roxy is then responsible for indexing
them in the computer so they can be used to create commitments. When Roxy is not assisting our clients, she enjoys boating,
snowmobiling. Roxy has also been involved in many fund raising activities for needy families in the Grayling area.

years of experience. He began his Title insurance career in 1958 working for
Burton Abstract in Detroit. Burton Abstract purchased Crawford County Abstract & Title from Bud Hunter in
1974 and Jim moved to Grayling to manage the office. In 1984 Jim purchased the business and continues to share his wealth
of knowledge every day. Jim has been a member of the Grayling Rotary for over 33 years and is a Paul Harris recipient. Jim
enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
